In the previous post we covered the top of the line version of the Gol G6 2014, Highline 4 Doors , and now we will detail the basic and intermediate versions. The car in these settings also had an increase in the supply of equipment, as the new objects with cup holders in the center console, central locking and opening of the lid of the trunk.
The Gol 2014 G6 remains with the option to back of two or four doors, and still brings wiper, washer and defroster, rear window with timer as standard equipment on all versions. The New Gol G6 2014 now brings the electronic architecture that debut now on Fox and CrossFox – electronic resource allows the installation of various equipment unpublished, including ECO Comfort, a device that guides the driver to drive more economically.
The New Goal 2014 has an optional BlueMotion Technology package – which allows them to consume as much as 8% less fuel compared to the respective models with the 1.0 engine VHT. Available with 1.0L engine TEC, this setting adds to Novo Gol “green tires” in measures 175/70 R14, with lower rolling resistance, and digital display of instantaneous fuel consumption. The package also includes digital gear indicator ideal to be used.
Since January this year, all versions of Novo Gol and Voyage to the New 1.6l engine bring ABS brakes and front airbags as standard – front airbags system includes the use of front seatbelts with pre-tensioner and load limiter, which further increases the passive safety front seat occupants. The EA111 engine 1.6l VHT, when fueled with ethanol (E100), develops 104 hp (76 kW) at 5,250 rpm and 15.6 lb.-ft. of torque (153 Nm) at 2,500 rpm. When fueled with gasoline (E22) power is 101 hp (74 kW) at 5,250 rpm and torque of 15.4 Nm (151 Nm) at 2,500 rpm.
Another change made at the launch of the current version is the new generation 1.0L engine, the EA111 family. The new engine brings a new denomination TEC (Technology for Fuel Economy), with improvements in performance, fuel economy and reduced CO2 emissions. The TEC engine, when fueled with ethanol (E100), develops power of 76 bhp (56 kW) at 5,250 rpm and 10.6 lb.-ft. of torque (104 Nm) at 3,850 rpm. When is fueled with gasoline (E22), the power is 72 hp (53 kW) at 5,250 rpm and torque of 9.7 Nm (95 Nm) at 3,850 rpm.
